Reminder: Amaze 2017 AGM & Vote for Board Director
The Annual General Meeting of Amaze Inc, will be held at the Kathleen Syme Library and Community Centre, 251 Faraday Street Carlton on Wednesday 22ND November 2017 at 5.30pm.

Board Director elections
At each AGM, Board positions are declared vacant and elections are held to appoint Directors to fill those vacancies in accordance with the Constitution of Amaze.
Three Board positions are subject to election this year in categories for which suitably qualified candidate applications have been accepted:
Fundraising

  • Dr Jason Coonan
  • Mr Tom Reilly

A ballot will be held to determine which nominee will be elected to the Board under the Fundraising Category.

Research / Clinical

  • Prof. Nicole Rinehart*

Legal / Company Secretary / Governance

  • Mr Vic Rajah

* The term of current director Nicole Rinehart expires at the AGM.   Nicole is standing for re-election this year.
As Nicole Rinehart and Vic Rajah are the sole nominees in the Research / Clinical and Legal / Company Secretary / Governance categories respectively, they will be declared elected to the Board unopposed in those categories.

How to Vote Now 
Amaze Members may cast their vote in the Board election in one of two ways:

  • by e-vote; OR
  • by filling out and lodging a traditional paper ballot.

How to cast your vote by e-vote
Please click on https://www.esurveycreator.com/s/b450d8c to go to the electronic ballot paper.
You MUST be a member of Amaze and enter your MEMBERSHIP NAME and POSTCODE in order to cast an e-vote.
This information is required for voting security purposes only and will not be used to personally identify your vote.

Your e-vote must be cast not later than 4.00pm on Wednesday 22 November 2017.
How to vote using a traditional paper ballot
Please click here to download a copy of the ballot paper. Please print it out, complete it and either:

  • mail it to the Returning Officer, Amaze, 24 Drummond Street, Carlton; or
  • deliver your ballot in person to Amaze, 24 Drummond Street, Carlton.
  • ballots must be received no later than 12 noon on Wednesday 22 November 2017.
