Monash University is seeking participants for research on the experiences of autistic adolescents in managing daily life events and activities. The researchers want to hear from autistic adolescents and their parents. The research aims to look into the differences in anxiety / depression coping strategies in autistic adolescents and typically developed adolescents.
The research survey will be answered by both parents and autistic adolescents. Parents will be asked to complete a 10-minute rating scale. This will include a series of short questions about your child’s autism symptoms and their mental health.
Once completed, a survey link will be provided for your child to complete. This will include a series of short questions about their mental health, coping strategies and good or bad experiences faced in the last year.
Participants will go into a draw to win one of ten $20 iTunes gift cards.
The survey link is available here.
