CEO: Your participation in our survey is vital to Amaze's work

One of Amaze’s most important roles is to ensure the voices and needs of autistic people and their families and carers are heard so that change can occur to improve the quality of their lives.
We can only achieve that by collecting your stories, seeking out your opinions, and responding to your priorities for action.
We have begun working directly with those with the lived experience of autism (autistic people and their families and supporters) to make several submissions to government such as the Victorian Parliamentary Inquiry into Services for People with ASD and the Productivity Commission’s Review of the NDIS.

Survey focuses on early childhoo

These submissions have been informed by hundreds of members of our community who sent us their ideas and views on what needs to change and improve.
If you are you receiving services from the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Early Childhood Early Intervention (ECEI), we want to hear from you.
Submission to Federal Government
Amaze is developing a submission to the Federal Government about the NDIS ECEI approach and completing our survey gives you the opportunity to have your voice heard.
We believe 50% of children entering the NDIS are on the autism spectrum so sharing your experience gives us vital information to feedback to the NDIS and others to improve the quality of the NDIS .
This survey is for parents and carers of children that have entered the NDIS via the ECEI pathway (i.e. parents and carers of children that were 0 – 6 years of age when they received their first NDIS plan).
My sincere thanks in advance for taking the time to do the survey and for all the valuable ideas, opinions and feedback you provide. In this way, we’ll make sure your voices are heard.
