Amaze launches new WebChat service

Amaze has launched a new way for people to connect with the Autism Information Advisor Service.
People will be now be able to contact Amaze via instant online chat (WebChat) in addition to the existing phone and email service.
The service has been created to make it easier and more accessible to contact Amaze for information, advice and resources about autism. The WebChat service may be particularly useful for people who have verbal communication difficulties, feel uncomfortable speaking on the phone, or who simply want the efficiency and privacy of communicating directly from their screen.

To access the service, click on the WebChat icon in the bottom right hand corner of the Amaze website. The service is available on both desktop and mobile. A black icon means that staff are available to answer enquiries, a grey icon means that the service is not available at that time.
