Generation Australia and Xceptional launch training program for neurodivergent participants

Generation Australia and Xceptional have partnered to launch the Cloud Practitioner training program, which will help neurodivergent participants develop a career in tech.

Participants will undergo technical training provided by Academy Xi, combined with hands-on projects and employability skills development. 

This FREE Cloud Practitioner program starts on 5 October, with bootcamp style training that will be conducted full-time for 12 weeks. 

The program will include:

• Access to online learning with tech professionals
• Inclusive & holistic support throughout course
• Support connecting you with employers at the end of the program
• Hands on practical experience in Azure Cloud Computing
• AZ900 Certification

At the end of the training, Generation Australia will continue to work with participants to secure and train for interviews and ensure all graduates gain meaningful employment.

Application requirements:

• Not currently engaged in full-time employment, education or training
• Able to participate in an online learning classroom 5 days a week, 9am-5pm for 12 weeks
• Are an Australian or NZ Citizen, permanent resident or on a Humanitarian Visa
• Are proficient in English literacy and numeracy
• Live in Sydney, Melbourne, or Canberra
• Are passionate about tech innovation
