Inclusion and awareness training - Amaze

Inclusion and awareness training

Did you know that an estimated 1 in 40 Australians is Autistic?*

That means there’s a good chance that you’ll either work with, or support, an Autistic person in your lifetime.

Our inclusion and awareness training courses are a great starting point for organisations and individuals who want to create inclusive places and spaces that benefit everyone. They’ll help you build foundational knowledge of neurodiversity and the Autistic experience, and are accessible, cost-effective and informed by lived experience.

What are the benefits of creating inclusive environments?

We believe that when Autistic and neurodivergent people feel respected, valued and supported in their environment, everyone benefits.

In workplace and educational settings, teams that practiced neuroinclusion were:

  • inclusive teams are 5% more likely to be innovative than non-inclusive teams.*
  • Around 60% of workplace adjustments cost organisations nothing to implement.*

What sets our training apart

Our courses will help you or your organisation get ahead of Australia’s growing demand for inclusive practices, by equipping you with a solid baseline of actionable insights and practical skills in neuroinclusion.

They’re guided by an experienced facilitator and:

  • are available through flexible delivery, with training available across Australia
  • are designed by lived experience
  • offer opportunities for meaningful discussion and ongoing reflection, and
