About Amaze Inclusion

Amaze and our Inclusion Services for organisations

Amaze is Australia’s not-for-profit peak body for autism, with a sixty year history of advocacy, community connection and evidence-informed practice.

Amaze Inclusion builds on this foundation. We partner with organisations of all sizes to create environments, services and experiences where neurodivergent people can participate confidently – at work, in learning, in the community and everyday life.

Our approach and expertise

Our approach brings together lived experience, research, policy insight and practical expertise. We support organsiations to embed systemic, sustainable neuroinclusion that is grounded in evidence and shaped by neurodivergent lived experience. Everything we deliver is designed for real-world settings. We help organisations translate insight into clear, practical changes that strengthen accessibility, predictability and inclusion.

Why Neuroinclusion matters

Neuroinclusion is about creating environments, experiences and interactions that work for more people. It applies in any setting where people learn, work, create, shop, visit, receive care or take part in community life.

Around fifteen to twenty percent of Australians are neurodivergent. This includes Autistic people, and people with ADHD, dyslexia and other neurotypes that influence how they take in information, navigate spaces, communicate and participate.

Most public spaces, programs and services were not designed with these differences in mind. The result is that many people face avoidable barriersthat affect comfort, confidence, engagement and safety.

Creating environments where neurodivergent people can participate benefits everyone. It strengthens communication, reduces confusion, improves flow and builds trust across communities.

How Neuroinclusion can benefit your organisation

Neuroinclusion strengthens how organisations operate, serve and connect with their communities. It’s not just the right thing to do – authentic inclusion of your workforce, customers, clients and visitors provides a competitive advantage. Neurodivergent thinkers often contribute creativity, innovation and problem-solving abilities. By establishing the inclusion principles and strategies we offer you can attract and retain diverse and valuable talent.
