We work with organisations of all sizes – workplaces, educators, retailers, arts and cultural institutions, disability and community services, event organisers, government and the public sector.
Our programs, tools and partnerships support neuroinclusive environments across the places people learn, create, shop, work, visit and participate.
Creating meaningful and sustainable change requires more than a single training session or an isolated project. Our model brings together evidence, lived experience and practical expertise to help organisations make progress that is practical, sustainable and long-lasting.
We offer a flexible suite of services that build internal capability, strengthen environments and improve experiences for neurodivergent staff, students, customers, clients and communities.
We support organisations at every stage of their journey through the combined strengths of these four key service delivery models:
Practical, engaging learning that builds capability across teams, leaders, educators and frontline staff. Programs include neuroinclusive communication, recruitment, customer experience, event readiness and the A-Plus Foundations and Workplace modules.
Flexible, co-designed support to help you plan, review and implement neuroinclusive practice. This includes policy and process review, strategy development, implementation advice, evaluation and impact measurement.
Audits and design support for physical, digital and experiential environments. We assess sensory load, navigation, communication, accessibility and staff readiness, and provide clear recommendations. This includes sensory maps, social scripts, event audits and improvements to customer or participant journeys.
Evidence-informed research, insight gathering and resource development shaped by lived experience. We support organisations to understand community needs, review communication materials, and co-design accessible tools, guides and program improvements.
