Our Strategic Advisory and Consulting service model in action

Our advisory work connects you with Amaze neuroinclusion specialists who bring expertise in strategy, policy, consultation and co-design, workplace practices, and inclusive design and audits. All advice is shaped by evidence, lived experience and real-world knowledge of how systems, environments and services impact Autistic and otherwise neurodivergent people.

How it works

Our flexible package-of-hours model gives you access to tailored guidance aligned with your goals or operating models. This model has been a proven success in many organisations, and as examples you may choose to:

  • use your consulting hours across multiple projects or priority areas
  • engage our team for planning, review, design, implementation or evaluation
  • pivot focus as your organisation’s needs evolve
  • maximise value by drawing on the right expertise at the right time.

This approach ensures you receive responsive, practical support that aligns with your goals, resources and timelines.
