Training Overview:

This practical, foundational session builds understanding of neurodiversity and the Autistic experience, shows how environments can unintentionally exclude, and equips staff with simple, everyday strategies to make spaces more accessible and supportive.

Expect clear language, relatable scenarios, and tips you can apply immediately across communication, sensory factors and wayfinding.

This training helps build a practical, foundational understanding of neurodiversity and how to support Autistic inclusion at work. Through real-world examples, lived experience insights, and actionable strategies, participants will gain confidence in recognising and reducing barriers that unintentionally exclude neurodivergent team members.

The focus is on everyday changes including small, sustainable actions that lead to big impacts over time.

Designed and delivered in consultation with Autistic people, this course encourages curiosity over assumptions and equips teams with inclusive tools that benefit everyone.

Build the confidence to talk about neurodiversity with clarity and respect.

This practical and engaging one-hour session introduces the core concepts of neurodiversity and why they matter in today’s workplaces and communities.

Participants will explore the language, experiences, and everyday strategies that help create environments where neurodivergent people can thrive.

Whether you work in HR, People & Culture, Diversity & Inclusion, community services, retail, health, government, or the not-for-profit sector, this session provides the essential foundation for building more inclusive and equitable practices.
