This practical guide for early childhood teachers is linked to the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF). Inside there’s information about autism in young children and strategies for creating an inclusive learning environment. The booklet was developed in collaboration with Dr Karen McLean at the Australian Catholic University, Early Learning Association Australian (ELAA) and early childhood teachers. It was funded by the Department of Education and Training, Victoria.
